Description:

We are looking for a therapist to join our Aveda team in Dubai. Our therapists provide a professional range of skin services and Nail services for our clients compliant with salon protocol and accepted documented practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet every client in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform a range of skin services and Nail services as directed in the salon brochure.
• Provide a full consultation to identify any health or skin problems before carrying out services.
• Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and confidently recommend services and products that are appropriate.
• Explain the steps of the service for each stage of the process to ensure client confidence.
• Handle client questions and concerns effectively and with empathy.
• Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum high school qualification.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years working as a therapist in a salon or spa.
• 2-3 years of nail technician experience
• Brand knowledge of Lycon.
