1- Media Co-Ordinator
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

In the MEIA media department, the media coordinator participates in the planning and diffusion of the regional media campaigns.

He/She will work in close collaboration with multiple internal departments and external parties to ensure the execution, and optimization of cutting-edge online and offline campaigns. He/She will consolidate planning, campaigns results, content, competition monitoring, digital data, budget and calendars.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support team in media planning and execution for digital (social & search), print, and out-of-home media through strong attention to detail and collaboration with outside partners and key stake holders.
• Organize campaign launch details and communicate next steps to key stake holders.
• Manage and process invoices and budgeting, including: maintain internal campaign spend documents, reconciling general billing issues, • Invoicing/crediting partners
• Assist with building presentation materials to clearly communicate and visualize campaign recaps, media plans, budgets, competitive, and performance reports.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in media/advertising.
• Previous experience in luxury is a plus.
• Time management and strong organizational skills
• Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
