• Ability to write specifications for concrete, steel including painting protection
• Ability to write performance specifications for Cathodic protection system
• Able to undertake Durability study and Assessments include Life Cycle analysis
• Concrete Mix design
• Condition Assessment of existing structures
• Crack repairs
• Understanding of Underwater concreting
• Thermal Modelling is preferred
• Understanding of Concrete in Arabian Peninsular including CIRIA 766
