Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop and implement campaigns across a variety of channels, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and effective digital content, such as blog posts, infographics, and videos.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on social media and other digital channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, Content Creation, and SEO.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media management tools, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
