Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Project Manager for the event in all marketing, promotion, and communication
  • Developing an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives, and target audiences
  • Manage Media barter negotiation and Public Relations
  • Managing the budget for an event, including securing sponsorships and negotiating rates with vendors
  • Manage and develop database for Visitors-Buyers
  • Manage social media & Digital Marketing campaigns for the event
  • Manage the design and production of flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other print materials used for marketing events
  • Coordinating with event vendors to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all materials are printed or created in time for the event

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
  • Must be creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Preferred experience in B2B Exhibition marketing
  • Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft environment, CRM software’s, Artwork design for SM
  • Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting.
