The job holder undertakes the unit tasks and has an overview of the portfolio. The job-holder ensures the delivery of services of high standards to the customers. There is a need to provide support in resolving complex processing and to address customer service issues. The job requires appropriate levels of technical knowledge and expertise coupled with leadership experience in a similar environment along with adhoc management of the agency team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the Portfolio is well maintained with active involvement in resolving issues.
• Ensuring the system related inputs done by the processor is checked and PFDs are followed.
• Support to ensure delivery of the unit’s services to agreed standards, quality and compliance requirements and budget limits.
• Execution of agreements relating to Syndication Agency Unit
• Ensure set up of systems are met as per agreed standard processes
• Address and resolve day to day issues faced by the team and timely escalation to the Head of Agency

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of products handled by Syndicsation Agency.
• Possesses good understanding of the Organizational Policies and Procedures.
• Management Skills and to support the team in resolving agency related issues and working closely with the Head of Agency
• Strong written and Oral Communication
