We are seeking an experienced Manager, Payroll to join the One&Only One Za’abeel finance team. The Manager, Payroll will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including the morning calculating of employee salaries and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing payroll accrual, postings and records.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating employee salaries, bonuses, commissions, and benefits
• Manage and maintain payroll records, including employee information, tax forms, and other relevant documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll, taxes, and benefits
• Liaise with HR to ensure accurate employee data and proper deductions and contributions
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems – p revious experience in Success Factors will be beneficial
• Knowledge of labor UAE laws and regulations related to payroll, and benefits
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
