We are seeking an experienced Manager, Finance to join our team at a hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality industry financial practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the hotel.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for the hotel management team and corporate headquarters.
• Manage the hotel’s cash flow and ensure that all financial obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets to the hotel management team and corporate headquarters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry financial practices and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
