Loss Prevention Supervisor Jobs In Dubai | Courtyard

Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access. Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems. Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations.

 Responsibilities:

• Serve as a leader and role model for ethical behavior, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity
• Ensure that all team members are properly trained in loss prevention policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits of store operations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
• Investigate incidents of theft or fraud, interviewing witnesses and suspects as needed
• Prepare detailed reports of findings and make recommendations for corrective action
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding to alerts as necessary
• Patrol store premises regularly to deter criminal activity and ensure safety
• Assist with the development and implementation of new loss prevention strategies
• Stay up-to-date on current trends in retail theft and shoplifting
• Liaise with local law enforcement as needed to investigate and prosecute criminal activity
• Handle sensitive customer information discreetly and in accordance with privacy laws
• Supervise a team of loss prevention associates, providing coaching and feedback as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or security
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Flexible schedule and ability to work nights and weekends
