Responsibilities

• Ensure all material and equipment are received in the correct manner, in accordance with the relevant procedures laid out.
• Ensure correct storage, tagging and calibration of tooling and equipment.
• Control issuing and storage of Tools & equipment including airside equipment.
• Maintain minimum stock levels of Tool stores and Material stores areas in accordance with supplier delivery times.
• Ensure compliance of all associated Health & Safety procedures (Safe working) (Materials Storage).
• Provide logistics support to manage urgent and high priority requirements and to assist the Logistics Lead in other functions if required.
• Maintain inventory database.

Requirement

• Proven working experience within a logistics Environment.
• Proficient in standard logistics software, Ultramain would be advantageous.
• Experience within a Logistics Aviation environment.
• Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Visio/PowerPoint).
• Flexible and enthusiastic approach and a willingness to learn.
