Description:

As a Lobby Ambassador for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, you will be working with the Front Office Team which is the main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. A Lobby Hostess truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Job Responsibilities:

• Extending a warm welcome to all the guests arriving at the hotel from the main lobby
• Ensuring to be aware of the events taking place in the hotel including the VIP movements in the hotel
• Ensure that all guests departing are extended a fond farewell
• To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service extending True Waldorf Service
• Being knowledgeable of the hotel services and the various dining outlets.

Job Requirements:

• Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a VIP guest
• Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
• Guest relations experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors
