The Legal Counsel of Corporate and Commercial will be responsible for providing assistance on corporate legal matters and maintaining local compliance and monitoring the organization’s local legal needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law with prior experience in the United Arab Emirates required
• At least 4-7 years’ qualified legal experience gained within a corporate department of an international law firm required
• Superior communication, drafting, and negotiating skills required
• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail required
