Description:

The Leasing Agent will showcase apartments to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and perform managerial duties concerning the property as directed.

Responsibilities:

• Farms a pool of properties to lease.
• Handle and follow up on leads.
• Warmly greets visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents.
• Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.
