Job Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting guidance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- Supervise sales support team and provide adequate coaching/training to ensure consistent quality of support.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Review pending orders and specific customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Suggest sales support process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International business, or in related field
- At least 5 years working exposure or experience in the similar role
- Experience in International Trading Company
- Mandatory fluency in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken, Written & Read) is a must (as this role will liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
- Leadership and management skills with previous supervisory experience is required
- Willing to relocate to the job location
