Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting guidance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
  • Supervise sales support team and provide adequate coaching/training to ensure consistent quality of support.
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • Review pending orders and specific customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Suggest sales support process improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International business, or in related field
  • At least 5 years working exposure or experience in the similar role
  • Experience in International Trading Company
  • Mandatory fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken, Written & Read) is a must (as this role will liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
  • Leadership and management skills with previous supervisory experience is required
  • Willing to relocate to the job location
