Kitchen /Laundry Technician Jobs in Ras Al Khaimah

Analyze, troubleshoot, install, rebuild, adjust and replace kitchen appliance equipment. Performs major and/or minor repair, as well preventative and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment. Order and maintain inventory of appliance parts as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follows up and executes all the works assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
  • Takes prompt action relating to all maintenance orders concerning all plumbing, air-conditioning, machine breakdowns and plumbing services or repair of kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Performs regular preventive and corrective maintenance works on laundry and kitchen equipment as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
  • May perform maintenance works on all machinery such as pumps, boilers, burners, electric motors, AC units, FCU, expansion tanks, heat exchangers
  • Performs all kind of mechanical works such as welding, soldering, grinding, drilling, milling etc…in the mechanical workshop.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
