Key Account Manager (OTA) Jobs in Sharjah | Air Arabia Careers

A key account manager’s main role is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. Ideally, they become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieves and exceeds the set sales targets the OTA channel assigned; constantly reviews financial data to evaluate performance; identifies shortages, recommends changes to respective Manager and implements corrective measures accordingly.
  • Identifies new opportunities to manage/maximize sales adopting different channels.
  • Meets the stakeholders to educate and influence them promote Air Arabia products, bundles and services.
  • Builds rapport with stakeholders and key customers in the respective area with an accurate database.
  • Conducts visits, bench-mark analysis to keep abreast with competitors’ position, market conditions, and customer needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related sales experience in Aviation/Airline or tourism industry, experience with low cost airline is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in OTA sales or OTA management.
  • Possesses effective persuasive sales and marketing skills and techniques.
