A key account manager’s main role is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. Ideally, they become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieves and exceeds the set sales targets the OTA channel assigned; constantly reviews financial data to evaluate performance; identifies shortages, recommends changes to respective Manager and implements corrective measures accordingly.
Identifies new opportunities to manage/maximize sales adopting different channels.
Meets the stakeholders to educate and influence them promote Air Arabia products, bundles and services.
Builds rapport with stakeholders and key customers in the respective area with an accurate database.
Conducts visits, bench-mark analysis to keep abreast with competitors’ position, market conditions, and customer needs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of related sales experience in Aviation/Airline or tourism industry, experience with low cost airline is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in OTA sales or OTA management.
Possesses effective persuasive sales and marketing skills and techniques.
