The ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment. You will create the look, layout, and features of our product tools, websites, and landing pages.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
• Conceptualize and produce website graphics and other digital content
• Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy
• Designing other various assets our clients need – billboards, print material, videos & more.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Amend designs after feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design
• 1-2 years of experience
• Fluent in Tagalog/Bisaya
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Know how to design strong layouts (using typography, color, and composition principles)
• Demonstrate at a minimum, some basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
