This role is responsible for managing the relationship between IT and specified divisions within the Savills business. The individual should consult the business and collaborate to write an IT business strategy for their divisions, assist in directing the business on new initiatives, consult with other IT Business Partners within the EMEA business and have an overview of the IT implemented throughout the wider group.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between IT and MENA business divisions
• Attend the EMEA IT Management meetings and update on current IT initiatives from the ME perspective
• Be part of the IT project process
• Achieve divisional business goals by prioritising technology initiatives
• Co-ordinate the deployment and management of current and future technologies
• Liaise with the business to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports business needs
• Remain up to date in industry trends and emerging technologies
• Liaise with department heads and end users as primary liaison for the company’s technology vision
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives
• Define requirements for new implementations and communicate them to the business
