Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware. Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance. Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans. Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and install IoT devices with the help of on-ground teams
  • Understand and implement IoT troubleshooting techniques
  • Manage IoT Inventory and Assets
  • Telematic system development and deployment
  • Integration with existing fleet management systems and on-vehicle integration
  • Specifying, installing, calibrating and verifying sensors and instrumentation

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in working with Telematics and GPS Systems
  • Communication / Networking Protocols, CAN Bus experience – J1939, HTTP/SSL advantageous
  • Candidate is likely to have on come from the automotive background, especially in Transport Fleet Management Systems. Aerospace, Motorsports, Oil & Gas or Space could be appropriate.
