We are currently looking for an Inventory Executive – Contract Logistics to work for Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. The primary focus of the role will be to ensure the right SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is available in the right quantity at the right bin through effective inventory planning. To maintain all inventory metrics as agreed with customer SLA (Service Level Agreement) and contracts.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all Inventory metrics are met as per agreed SLA with customer.
• To complete all inventory activities as per agreed timelines including sale space capacity management & bin occupancy.
• Responsible for perpetual and annual stock inventory for effective stock management.
• Review of all claims and effect improvement actions.
• Ensure system housekeeping on all inventory attributes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• Planning, detailed understanding of operational, administrative and system processes.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and digital literacy
• Strong background in data analytics and tech knowledge
• Strong communicators in English, excellent with data and its analytics to simplify solutions and problem solving. Works well under pressure and multiple stakeholder management.
