Responsibilities:

• Leads the development of the Internal Audit’s annual plan in coordination with head of department, ensures the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.
• Manages a team of Internal Auditors to perform complex Internal Audits which involve airline operations, commercial, finance, governance, compliance, and other business processes.
• Oversees the execution of individual Audits defined in the Audit plan ensuring the highest level of service quality and client satisfaction.
• Builds and maintains appropriate internal and external relationships. Works with Senior Management and other stakeholders to identify key risks and opportunities that may affect flydubai’s operation.
• Reviews the overall Audit program and working papers to ensure compliance with Audit standards and procedures. Supports staff in finalizing the audit reports and identifying relevant action plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
• Aviation, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Finance
• Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 10
• Qualification in Accounting/Auditing (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIA or equivalent)
• Qualification in Enterprise Risk Management (CRMA, ISO 31000)
