Description:

We are seeking an Instructor- Social Media with a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching the various aspects of social media to trainees at a leading education group in UAE. The trainer will be responsible for developing course materials and delivering engaging and effective training sessions that will equip our trainees with in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for building a strong social media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training programs and course materials that cover advanced social media strategies and tactics, including content creation, community management, influencer marketing, social media advertising, and analytics.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to trainees with varying levels of social media experience.
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to trainees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in social media marketing.
  • To provide guidelines for creating user-friendly content and to leverage the power of social media to transform the business.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure trainee progress and adjust training programs as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media marketing to ensure training materials are current and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training social media at MNCs.
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective social media training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
