Description:
An Inspector – Landscape is a professional responsible for overseeing and inspecting the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting site inspections to ensure that landscaping work is carried out according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to landscaping work.
- Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure that they are feasible and achievable.
- Providing guidance and support to contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Preparing detailed reports on project progress, quality, and safety issues.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
- Several years of experience working in the landscaping industry, with a focus on project management, quality control, or inspection.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
