Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Dealing with queries from employees and line managers in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing of employee work and business visa applications, renewals, and cancellation for all employees in a timely manner
  • Preparing administrative letters such as No Objection Certificates, Salary Certificates, Bank Letters, Employee Certificates, etc. for employees
  • Supporting the employee onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Booking transport and accommodation for new joiners
  • Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system
  • Managing and updating HR Data: ensure that employee information is up to date in our HRIS (Workday) and personnel files
  • Maintaining employee leave and training records
  • Updating internal IT systems

Requirements:

  • Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in business/management, human resources, organizational behaviour or similar disciplines is preferred but not essential
  • experience in dealing with the UAE visa application process
  • interest in a career in human resources
  • relevant work experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment
  • excellent people management and HR generalist skillset, considered a trusted and proactive BP by your internal clients
  • sensitivity to/discretion in handling confidential information
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of a HR management system, ideally Workday
  • hands-on, pragmatic, service orientated and proactive mindset
  • absolute attention to detail & strong organisational skills, including a sense of accuracy
  • fluency in English, both written and oral is essential, Arabic language skills are desirable
