Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate industry.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the selection process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources of talent in the real estate industry.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs specific to the real estate industry.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Implement HR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the real estate industry.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs specific to the real estate industry.
- Provide strategic guidance to the business on HR matters in the real estate industry.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 6 years of experience in HR management, with experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
