Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate industry.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the selection process.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources of talent in the real estate industry.
Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs specific to the real estate industry.
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Implement HR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the real estate industry.
Manage compensation and benefits programs specific to the real estate industry.
Provide strategic guidance to the business on HR matters in the real estate industry.
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 4 6 years of experience in HR management, with experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
