Focus Bear is an app built by a neurodiverse team designed to support neurodiverse individuals in the workplace. Our app focuses on improving work-life balance, providing break reminders, improving punctuality and blocking distractions. As we continue to develop our app, we are seeking the feedback of advisory HR professionals to help us ensure that it is tailored to the specific needs of organizations. This is an unpaid, volunteer role. We are looking for a minimum time commitment of 1hr per month to review our system and provide feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Review the current design and approach of our app and provide feedback on how we can improve it to better support neurodiverse individuals in the workplace.
• Provide insights on what features would be most helpful to organizations striving to support neurodiverse employees.
• Offer guidance on how to ensure that our app is user-friendly and accessible for all employees.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR professional with knowledge of best practices for supporting neurodiverse individuals in the workplace.
• Familiarity with workplace accommodations and strategies to improve work-life balance for employees.
