Description:
We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of all personnel requests in efficient, accurate and customer friendly manner.
- • Co-ordinate amongst candidates/employees, Unit HR representatives, Payroll team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth processing on On boarding / Off boarding/ Personnel / Labour and Visa activities.
- Provide correspondence and documentation support on all On boarding / Off boarding/ Personnel / Labour and Visa related issues, including letter generation, photocopying, packs creation and filing.
- Arrange for necessary formalities/ paperwork for On boarding / Off boarding like visa, Emirates ID, medicals, flight tickets, hotel accommodation , advances, as and where applicable.
- Ensure applicable system updates, where mandated/ required, suitable documentation and record keeping in line with all internal and external audit requirements.
- In case of deviations from defined SLAs/ policies/ processes escalate to the manager for appropriate action
Job Requirements:
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
