Our well reputed company is looking for a passionate and experienced Hotel General Manager, who will manage luxurious 5* Hotels, Polo Club and Resorts:

Responsibilities:

• Provide the leadership, vision and strategy for the overall operations of the hotels providing guest service that drives financial success of the company.
• Collaborate with hotel department heads promoting desired goals and objectives that are compatible with company’s goals. Making sure all guests receive a high quality of service
• planning marketing campaigns
• planning budgets, setting sales targets and managing accounts
• Analyzing sales figures and producing reports

Requirements:

• Monitoring daily and monthly revenue generated, as well as cost and expenses
• Keeping track of budgets and expenses, including reviewing financial reports and statements
• Upholding the guidelines established by the hotel owner and ensuring that employees adhere to the laid down rules and guidelines.
