The primary focus of the role will be to assign and oversee a wide variety of workshop tasks, helping to achieve workshop financial objectives. To ensure and monitor technicians meet utilization, productivity and efficiencies targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist in daily Technician activity.
• People Management responsibilities including assigning daily duties to technician.
• Conduct performance Appraisal for reporting staff.
• Maximize technician work identification.
• Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety regulations and practices.
• Measure and report effectively all departmental activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 1 to 2 years in customer facing role
• Basic computer skills
• Valid UAE driver’s license
