Positioned in our WFJ boutique Dubai Mall, the High-End Ambassador will be responsible for the High-End Business Development in the Middle East, driving sales, client development and maximizing business opportunities with a commercial focus on High Jewelry and high value time pieces.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the definition and implementation of High-End client action plans by boutiques & sales advisors to achieve business objectives
• Develop the High-End Clients’ Pyramid portfolio via defined monthly, quarterly and yearly objectives for retail sales team and ME boutiques
• Identify additional recruitment opportunities & support retail teams to seek new high-net-worth individuals

Requirements:

• Develop the number of Sales Associate selling HJ in the Middle East region
• Support Retail team to transmit and share expertise on selling HJ skills in collaboration with WFJ Trainer
• Plan and set up HJ preparation meetings along with WFJ Trainer before each event or major opportunities
• Collaborate with High-End Business Lead & WFJ trainer in order to develop sales talents through global programs follow-up and local action implementationFacilitate sharing of best practices and animate with High-End topics the Retail Team community, as well as sales rewards
