General Description:
The successful applicant will have a passion for their work and a personality that will make our guests feel both welcomed and cared for.
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the wine and beverage list and able to discuss, suggest and recommend all types of wine and beverages to guests who ask for advice
- Responsible for sommelier management, maintenance, and update of data information.
- Ensuring wine codification in our financial systems: inventory and POS with F&B cost controller and purchasing.
- Developing wine strategies as well as managing slow moving items
- Ability to match particular wines with the many characteristics of food
