Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and scale Stryber’s technical team, fostering professional growth, optimizing processes, and ensuring the best possible delivery flow and quality
• Strategic Technical Planning: Develop aspects of Stryber’s technical strategy to fulfill our mission of assisting organizations in creating successful new ventures
• Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Identify and implement the most suitable technologies to meet current and future strategic needs, both for Stryber as a company, as for the ventures that we built from scratch, as for our clients that need our help in defining the optimum tech stack. Your work could also include a technology assessment of an existing venture, and proposing improvements.
• Product & Venture Collaboration: Work closely with product and venture teams to define and execute new projects and features

Requirement

• 3+ years experience as a Head of Technology
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field;
• Proven track record in an Engineering Lead, Software Lead, or similar leadership role, preferably in diverse geographies and cultures
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy, with extensive experience in cloud technologies, modern frameworks, diverse IT systems, and databases
• Understanding of budgets and business planning, with the ability to conduct technological analysis and research
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills, proficient in handling complex, multi-stakeholder projects
