The Head of Technical Services will be responsible for providing technical leadership and operational oversight to effectively set, achieve, and maintain the technical standards for the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field required
• Prior professional experience acting as chief point of escalation for on-going site maintenance service issues in a comparable role required
• Exceptional technical skills and meticulous attention to detail required
• Superior leadership and people management skills with a demonstrated ability to ensure process efficiency required
