Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operations of Bell service and Concierge desk.
• Greet and welcome guests.
• Provide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining and entertainment.
• Assist guests with luggage’s, lost and found and transportation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Accounting softwares (Micros, Opera and Sun)
• Previous experience of at least 4-5 solid years in the same role in the UAE
• Advance MS Excel skills
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA or ACCA certification is a plus
