Responsibilities:
- Updating client history / profile
- Update frequent flyer miles
- Settlement of guests’ bills
- Responsible for the correct posting of all dockets onto guests bills
- To ensure buffet breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and dinner are set up on time and cleared properly
- To ensure other drinks and snacks are re-stocked/filled during the lounge opening hours, liaise with kitchen and F&B
- To ensure standard international newspapers are available, tidily stocked and up-to-date, liaise with Concierge and Reception
- To ensure the lounge is kept clean and tidy at all times, liaise with Housekeeping
- To correctly balance all postings by shift end and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle meeting room
Requirements:
- Train new starters
- Assist Supervisor in preparing manual, check list and order stationary
- Ensure excellent communication between all departments
- Performs any additional tasks assigned by his/her supervisor
- Assist in executing promotions, special events, kiosk events, slot tournaments as needed
- The position requires excellent communication skills including verbal and written, with the ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
