Responsibilities:

• Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the ‘new’ luxury and therefore deliver ‘FIVE-style’ service to the highest level of expectation
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of guests on a daily basis
• Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Accountable for the P&L of the department

Requirements:

• A Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude
• A commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion
• An ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
• Luxury hospitality experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role
• Teamwork-oriented
• A positive, hardworking and outgoing personality – with a fun-to-work-with energy at all times!
