  • Prepare flavour samples as requested for customer briefs, application needs, technology performance assessment, QC standards, and physical testing.
  • Be the primary contact to provide flavour samples for other labs and functions within Givaudan.
  • Maintain all required formula records and brief documentation in the company database software.
  • Maintain an organised and updated stock of raw materials in the lab.
  • Maintain an organised collection of flavours in the lab for immediate response to briefs and application requests.
  • Support the application of flavours to food products when assigned.
  • Support the evaluation of raw materials (including experimental ingredients), new technology, and flavours in food products and provide flavour performance feedback.


  • Currently already based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and available to join immediately or at short notice.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Biology.
  • Preferably have 1+ years of relevant work experience in a lab, applications centre, R&D, innovation, or production facility, with a credible company in the Flavour, Food, Beverage, Ingredients, or Chemicals sectors. The role is also open to freshers with a good mindset.
  • Have a passion and interest in new flavours, foods, and well-developed tasting skills.
  • Non-allergic to any specific food ingredients.
  • Good knowledge of lab equipment and the handling of raw materials or chemicals used to perform lab functions.
  • Good project management skills.
  • A team player and comfortable with diversity.
