Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Monthly closing including review of Financial Statements, Balance Sheet substantiation, and P&L analysis and ensuring full adherence to Groupe reporting deadlines, timetables, closing requirements.
• Responsible in reviewing Work-in-Progress account and following up with operational teams to ensure billing/invoicing are made on timely manner
• Responsible for day to day financial and operational requests.
• Responsible in registration of new vendors and clients
• Responsible in reviewing Billable and Unbillable purchase orders
• Responsible in performing semi-annual budget and rolling forecasts including calculation of actual to budget variance and analyzes differences to provide variance explanations

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience
• Preferably with relevant experience in Advertising and/or audit
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance
• Proficient in MS office with strong capability in MS Excel
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
