The Finance Specialist will assist in any or all of the facets of Finance including but not limited to: Payroll, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Budgeting and Forecasting, Expense Management, Cash Management, Taxes, Internal Audits, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the transition of the Finance department from EBS to Oracle Fusion
- Ensure accurate and timely migration of financial data and records
- Develop and deliver training programs for Finance staff on the new system
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Finance staff using the new system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure Finance-related business processes are integrated with the new system
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance operations or finance systems
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise software systems
