The Finance Specialist will assist in any or all of the facets of Finance including but not limited to: Payroll, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Budgeting and Forecasting, Expense Management, Cash Management, Taxes, Internal Audits, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the transition of the Finance department from EBS to Oracle Fusion
• Ensure accurate and timely migration of financial data and records
• Develop and deliver training programs for Finance staff on the new system
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Finance staff using the new system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure Finance-related business processes are integrated with the new system
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in finance operations or finance systems
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise software systems
