This position will report to the Manager School Operations and will assist the MSO to effectively manage all non-education related activities within school operations and will be fully responsible to effectively manage school facilities. Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to)
Responsibilities:
- Support the MSO in regulatory and health and safety compliance, stakeholder management and improving process efficiency
- Support the Facilities and Operations department in implementing staff related policies.
- Establish a good working relationship with support staff to ensure efficient task allocation and follow through on assignments
- Conduct regular, effective and purposeful support staff observations, with focused feedback to supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to work in multiple temperature environments
- Basic understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, security)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a maintenance- related role
- Must have a valid state issues driver’s license (expired, revoked, suspended or denied are not considered valid)
- Technical Skills –Technical skills in manufacturing machinery and facility maintenance
- Incineration Supervisor supervises the Board Operators, Incineration Technicians and Ash Technicians associated with operation of the incineration unit
