1- Executive Housekeeper
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and maintain a high standard of service and quality in a consistent manner throughout guest rooms and all public areas
• Establish a strong divisional workplace culture within your team
• Develop the annual Housekeeping expense budget and periodic forecasts including specific control measures while executing in a disciplined manner
• Take leadership responsibility for leading and executing operational excellence to meet quality, financial and performance targets across all areas of the division
• Coach and develop Housekeeping divisional leaders and team members to ensure that they can operate independently and deliver quality and financial results
• Proactively seek and follow the top talents of the industry to build and develop a strong team through effective recruitment, training and performance management while ensuring that division has the right people in the right roles all the time
• Ensure a robust talent pipeline for colleague development in line with the succession planning and future leadership needs

Job Requirements:

• 5* star hotel experience in the UAE in a similar capacity
• Very good knowledge of Rooms and Housekeeping operational leadership, quality standards, expense and cost control, forecasting and budgeting in a luxury environment
• Solid track record in maximizing guest satisfaction scores in line with company expectations, with a passoion for high quality Housekeeping practices and standards
• Is detail-focused and guest-oriented
• Has highly effective time management skills and delivery on time
