Our diverse team consists of 20+ professionals – engineers, artists, animators, event and business managers. And now we are looking for a proficient Event Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Determine project feasibility: Check a site for the project and eligibility for a drone flight permit;
• Find out and calculate all transport and other expenses;
• Approve site for the project;
• Get a drone flight permission;
• Figure out the number of drones for the project, clarify the number of drones we have, track where the drones are;
• Reconcile animation;
• Organize trips for the team as well as meals on site;
• Participate in the project and organize a drone show.

Requirements:

• Not less than 3 years of work experience in Project \ Event Management .
• 100% Responsibility.
• Fluent English is a must, verbal and written, a second language will be an advantage.
• Ability to work & deliver under pressure. (This position should be in touch 24/7 during projects, should follow up the client’s timezone).
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
