Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completeness of documents and drawings required for the tender
  • Study all aspects related to the tender
  • Conduct a quantity take off to verify bills or quantify the works
  • Pre-tender negotiations with major suppliers and subcontractors
  • Preparation of all documents in accordance with the procedures for tender submission
  • Send out enquiries for pricing

Requirements:

  • Update pricing database and monitor productivities and ensure the project is executed as per budget.
  • Preparing bid summaries with technical and price comparison.
  • Holder of Bachelor degree in Engineering or architecture/ Holder of Quantity Surveying Degree
  • Min 5 years of UAE experience in a similar position with Fit-Out background
