Job Responsibilities:

• Help support and coordinate the implementation of ADIB’s ESG strategy
• Help monitor ADIB’s ESG performance and compliance with ADIB’s ESG policy
• Coordinate regular meetings of the ADIB ESG/sustainability committee, including preparation of agenda and materials, ADIB ESG performance updates, and support follow up on key decisions
• Help monitor the integration of ESG into ADIB core financial products, ranging from monitoring for broad ESG risks, to tracking carbon exposure of the financing portfolio, to ESG-related product/service innovation opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Professional qualifications and/or experience in ESG/sustainability
• Excellent understanding of the banking sector, and understanding of the workings of financial products, including emerging sustainable finance products
• Good information management and communications skills, capable of coordinating the collection of large amounts of data and content, and synthesizing into well-written public ESG reports.
