As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the companies enterprise sales efforts. You will be the face of the company to Enterprise customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. You will have a deep understanding of the enterprise market and a track record of success in selling complex solutions to large organizations.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in the enterprise market
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise market
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish pre-sales and post-sales processes to streamline the enterprise sales workflow
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to large organizations
- Deep understanding of the enterprise market and the sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
