Responsibilities:

• To maintain all and test equipment in good working order
• Implements energy conservation activities/initiatives for the property, as assigned
• Implements the Fire Life Safety (FLS) program activities of the department, as tasked
• We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills who is comfortable working within a matrix organization
• Assist in establishing employee and department goals
• Maintain proper staffing for efficient execution of department functions
• Process development and prompt resolution of escalations
• Identify opportunities to create job efficiencies and delivering solution alternatives
• Maintain responsibility for maximizing productivity and efficiencies
• Other duties may be assigned as determined by Management

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ of working in a fast paced IT environment
• 2+ years’ of supervisory/project leadership in a similar organization or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ of working within an SLA and OLA based environment
• 1+ years’ of working for a global organization with direct experience of supporting cross cultures
• Technical aptitude of a Systems Engineering team and how it functions
• Standard Office Suite but extensive use of Microsoft Project
