Description:

Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery. Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs. Offer technical expertise to maintenance people like supervisor, foreman, fitters and technicians. Function as project development member to maintain new equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Trouble shooting and condition monitoring of equipment. Review daily/overhaul report prepared by engineers or his absence prepare the reports for assigned areas.
  • Prepare spare parts list for procurement, arrange for inspection of items ordered on receipt in stores. Ensure availability of spare parts & material for preventive and predicative maintenance and overhauls.
  • Review the tools and devices required for maintenance and ensure for proper upkeep of the same.

Requirements:

  • Must have 6-8 Years of maintenance experience in Gas Turbines auxiliaries, equipment ranging from high speed turbo-machinery, rotating equipments like large Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Conveyers, Valves and Piping.
  • Must be technically sound to analyze and solve operational and technical problems related to Gas Turbines & associated systems, heat exchangers, Engineering Materials & Standards, NOT, Vibration analysis, alignment technique including basic design aspects.
