Employment Lawyer in Dubai | Airbus Careers

This role will report to the Regional HR Director for Africa and Middle East, and will be part of Airbus International labour law network (ILL). As part of ILL, the role will participate in the definition of Airbus employment standards, providing with the sensitivity and the specific needs of the Region. The role will support the deployment of global employment policies in the Region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a legal advisor on labour law and employment issues to the regional HR Director and the HR community;
• Partner closely with HRBPs and business managers to provide day to day counselling, evaluate legal risks and provide subject matter knowledge on a broad range of labour law and employment issues, including recruiting and hiring, training, employee management, complex leaves of absences, and HR best practices;
• Provide advice and assistance in both individual and collective employment rights and obligations;
• Oversee the employment and regulatory requirements in the different countries in scope

Job Requirements:

• Ability to write and speak fluent English is a must.
• Other languages such as Arabic and French will be added value;
• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 to 5 years of employment/labour law remarkable experience, preferably in high level law firms with an international mindset;
• Previous in-house experience in a multinational entity would be appreciated
