To Design & Support IT-solutions for the EK Group. Working as part of a design & Support team, the Senior Technical Engineer will design, develop, support, and deliver robust and cost-effective solutions for both Business and IT led initiatives including solution development and cost estimations, configuration and deployment, Business Case Development & Approval. Support, contribute and ensure solution compliance to the enterprise architecture, production processes, QMS and other EG-IT standards. Support, contribute and ensure development of the roadmap of the concerned technology roadmap aligning with IT strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies.
• Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Monitoring processes, workers, and methods, and developing plans for increased efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent) : Degree in – Information Technology Knowledge/skills: ITIL and AGILE Frameworks
• Senior Technical Engineer, NETWORK CCIE or Equivalent expert level certification in Network technology.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Professional
