General Description:

Provide comprehensive support to Revenue Optimisation (RO) Officers, Analysts and Managers within the various units in the department by collecting, analysing and reporting data required to aid RO decision making processes. Develop and maintain expertise around revenue management principles and techniques, and propose innovative ideas to further enhance pricing, revenue management and distribution applications and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the department in maximising revenue and yield through performing manually intensive functions allowing for effective time management by senior RO resources to best achieve departmental targets and goals.
• Ensure RO standards and procedures are followed by RO Market Operations team, Pricing Distribution, Inventory and Revenue Steering & Standards.
• Proactively provide ideas to improve practices, procedures and functional deficiencies, which will result in saving cost and improve productivity.
• Monitor RO Groups mailbox and address queries from the network within the agreed SLA.

Job Requirements:

• Commercial/Sales/Pricing: 3+ Years
• 12 Years schooling or equivalent
• Airline experience
• Should have been in an IT position having acquired an understanding of the basic concepts of programming.
